When I am asked why I do what I do, I tell them it's because people asked me to. When people saw me perform, they asked me to teach them; when they saw me dance at vintage events, they asked me to teach them. When people saw how my teaching helped people feel better about themselves, they asked me to teach them.

 

That's the way it's been since the very beginning; with people seeing me doing something and then asking me to teach, educate and share my work.

I always say that my life experiences have all come together as a gift for this cause.

 

I have a background in psychology, counselling, childcare and education and I also use my life experiences of overcoming adversity, to being who I am now today.

 

I love to work with people of all ages to help them see how wonderful they are - just as they are.
